Talkeetna, Alaska
Sometimes called the Dr. Seuss tower, this layered, 185-foot-tall weird building stands on private property in the middle of the Alaskan wilderness. The tower was created and designed by Phillip Weidner, who originally only intended to build a two-story cabin, but has now been working on the structure for nearly two decades. Those lucky enough to look out from the top have a view of over 300-hundred miles.
